I have been taking a daily supplement of B-2, Riboflavin, 100 mg., for about the last 15 or so years. At the suggestion of my neuro I added that and magnesium to my daily supplements. I believe it's had a beneficial impact on my cycles. I wouldn't go as far as to call it a prevent, I still use lithium for my cycles, but I think it helps.

I use a pretty heavy B-complex every day.  Can't say it has been a prevent, but it does help me deal with the stress brought about by the hits, and it helps to mellow me out a bit so that I don't get quite as irritable as before.  Working around kids everyday I need that.

Yes my doc recommened it as well. Can't see a difference yet, but it has only been about 6 weeks or so. But she says it helps with neuropathic pain.  So keeping fingers crossed Roll Eyes
