I can't believe the price on this house. It's about 50% what it would be worth normally maybe even 75% less depending on location and proximity to a body of water.

7 BR and 3.5 Bath? And the place is immaculate. Me like.

Ya know Brew....I was kidding, but daymn that is a very low price for a house like that don't you think? I wonder if it's listed for short sale.

My kitchen is better designed than that one is and bigger too! I like the second house much better.
