Hello every one

Its been a while since I have been here. 

I have been  a tad unwell for a few weeks and to finish off my 6 weeks of misery I got pneumonia .

I am now back at work and making a slow and steady recovery.

So so so glad I had quit smoking otherwise I don't think I  would be here to type this.

Pneumonia takes a while and takes a bit out of you while it's at it.  Take your time getting back at it, else you'll be down again.  Glad you are up to posting though.  Missed you while you were gone.

I know how bad pneumonia can be and how hard to recover from. DO NOT OVERDO IT! It takes time and you'll just have to be patient. It's good to see you though! Hope you're feeling much much better soon
