Skipping beats and all. I am on Verapamil, and know it is a side effect of that. My question is...will it go back to normal as I taper off it...Has anyone else had this, and what happens next? I am waiting on a call from my dr. thanks lorac

These are the kind of issues which should be put on the doc's plate at once...... Just call the office and leave a phone report. You don't have to make an appt. If the doc is concerned, he will call and get you in to see him.

Most people can tolerate a little of both, but for some it will majorly mess with your heart rhythms.

A HA...that would be why!

Thanks for that heads up...I have been doing that.

I did call the doc, and they never called me back.
Anyway...about 11:am,,the ol heart started to act normal again..but that sure was scary.

I guess the quest to be pain free is just so strong, Its hard to go slow at it. Cheesy

Thanks all for your quick advise...feeling better now.
