A place for Robert Madoff? He'd be a perfect fit for a prison Ponzi scheme. It would wind up on 60 Minutes too and no doubt spike the economy. A good black helicopter story wouldn't hurt either.

Better off to make it a State prison and work for them. Great benefits too.
