Happy Turkey day folks, wish I could be there celebrating with you.  Guess maybe I'll cook a ham or turkey breast here in NC to celebrate.  Hmmm, I'm in NC, does that mean I get to deep fry a turkey???

Hope everyone has a terrific holiday dinner with lots of friends and family and lots of good times.

Cat

p.s. anyone serving bud light lime? Wink

I did the giant turkey dinner last weekend in honor of our Canadian neighbors (actually I was just craving Thanksgiving a little early).

Enjoy your weekend up there.

Yes, to you all.  Maybe someday a date together giving thanks for being such good, long border-sharing neighbors, but we still keep those hard checks in the corner on the hockey ice.    Smiley

A very happy and thoughtful Thanksgiving to you all.  Enjoy the weekend and take a little time to remember all we have to be thankful for.

Hmm, maybe THAT'S why I needed to roast a turkey breast this week! I always forget about Canada's Turkey day.but I seem to crave turkey right about this time  each year......I thought it was about 'getting ready'..but, it o0bviously is more about helping to honor Turkey day in Canada......
My old friend Brain Cramps used to LOVE his big food fest day, savoring it for days afterward..if you see this, Grant... happy feast day to you, my lil brother! Hope you're doing well!
To all of my Canadian Friends, Happy Football/Turkey day to you! May it be PF and memorable!
