Well... There goes the cost of oxygen, oxygen cylinders, oxygen regulators, and oxygen masks...  imitrex injectors and nasal spray applicators too! 

The increased cost of home oxygen could be OBE as some of the folks that deliver your oxygen cylinders now will be out of business soon... Most of the smaller mom & pop homecare delivery companies are going broke due to the new competitive bidding required by CMS.  The big dog home care compaies are low-balling these bids driving the smaller companies out of business...  For example, there were 350 home care delivery companies in Florida last year...  There are 15 today...  and they're the big dogs...  If you can get your oxygen you'll get it at a lower cost/liter....  But... as the big dog home care companies are not located in the smaller communities where some of you live, there will be a major increase in delivery costs...  Net net... You're goanna pay more in co-pay for your oxygen.

Call, email, and fax your representatives in the Politburo and Council of Ministers...  Tell them what you think...  You also might want to advise them to seek employment elsewhere come election time...
