Will downing a Red Bull make my eye stop twitching?  Does anyone know?

Never helped me, Jeannie.

Taking a magnesium supplement DOES seem to help, somewhat.

Being out of cycle helps most of all.   Tongue  Unfortunately, it either is, or it ain't.

Wish I had better advice for you.  I know how annoying that twitching can be.

Best,

George

Yeah from what I've seen, the 'ol eye twitch is a magnesium deficiency symptom, and taking magnesium makes it disappear.

You become faced with the decision of what form of magnesium to take. Cheap and crude old magnesium oxide actually would make my eye twitch worse, whereas more sophisticated forms such as magnesium citrate, or gluconate, or some sort of chelate all work well to chase away any symptoms. I think my wife has the opposite reaction though. Go figure.  Huh

CH according to Bejeeber:

Strictly relying on doctors for CH treatment is often a prescription that will keep you in a whole lot of PAIN. Doctors are WAY behind in many respects, and they are usually completely unaware of the benefits of high flow 100% O2.

There are lots of effective treatments documented at this site. Take matters into your own hands, learn as much as you can here and at clusterbusters.com, put it into practice, then tell this CH beast Jeebs said hello right before you bash him so hard with a swift uppercut knockout punch that his stupid horns go flinging right off.

ugh.....I hate the eye twitch.  I never noticed a decrease in eye twitches with energy drinks.

Try the magnesium, it's worth a shot.  I'll keep that in mind next time the eye gets twitchy.
