It may help lower the number and intensity of the CH hits. I've added it to my diet and I have noticed a changed for the better!

Also I was suggesting the other lower dosage or SAMPLES as an alternative, if lower dosage sample use 1 1/2 or two shots to kill the beast. Something is better than nothing when fighting the beast.
