I'm sorry, but I am not understanding.  Could you be a little more specific in what we can help you with?

We really DO want to try to help but it is obvious that English is not your language and we are at a loss as to understand.

If you are saying that your cluster headaches have changed from right to left...yes.  That happens and it means nothing in the scheme of things.

Topomax may have something to do with a LOT of it.

I hope you can write back and make things clearer.  Huh

Are you inquiring about why you started your cycle in one side and it switched to the other?

If so that has been somewhat a common "phenomenon" in some people.

I too, like Ms. Linda am "lost in translation".

Can you be REALLY specific?

Sorry for my bad English.
I suffered from cluster headaches for 11 years.
For the first time, hit two sessions in one year in two different side(left and right) and I will have no capacity for patience in the possibility of pain

Well that's clearer...  You keep talking and we'll keep listening... Eventually we'll figure out how to help you.

What treatments have you used in the past and how effective were they?

How / when were you diagnosed with CH?

Any time the beast changes form like that (switching sides) I'd head back to my Doctor to make sure something else isn't going on.

Where there is life, there is hope.
Where there is Oxygen, you must use proper caution.
So be safe, don't smoke while using O2. Kill the pain and not yourself.

Welcome to the board, can you get someone to help you with your english? There are a lot of people here who'd love to help you. What meds have you tried, what has and hasn't worked and do you have oxygen yet? Hang in there.

Joe is right.  We have a LOT of people here,  for whom English is not their first language.  Where are you from, maybe we have someone here who can help translate a bit better so we can help you.

Sounds like the topomax stopped the headches? That's great, it's been an effective treatment for many. If I understand you, when the headaches returned, they switched sides on you? That happens. I'd suggest going back to your doc and getting back on Topomax. Also, read the link on the left titled "Oxygen Info" and try that also. I can stop an attack in as little as 6-8 minutes using oxygen.

Do stick around, we'll help you any way we can.
