First dosing with RC seeds - help, please
Feb 19th, 2009 at 1:39pm

A few CH'rs have sent suggestions on RC seeds - thanks a lot
Dosed last night for first time - hoped for some updated advice
Crushed in coffee grinder and Soaked seeds for 2 hrs in distilled water, ate bowl of soup 2 hrs before dosing
Dose was 8 seeds-FAQ on Clusterbusters.com says 4-8 seeds first time, but I gather that is not enough to do it. Used a little Hershey syrup to mask taste, and drank oj after dosing.
I had been told to drink the water and also the "sludge"- I expected the sludge to be of some consistency-sort of globby. Some of my ground seeds floated and some sank to bottom, but did not make the sludge I was expecting.

Have not had any relief at all - actually had an extra bad night with headaches (maybe a coincidence)

Only effects I saw was a little gas after I ate a banana and couple ginger snaps 2 hrs after dosing- and when getting up at night with headache, noticed my ankles were swollen, and they are still somewhat today- wondered if anyone had encountered this

Guess I wil redose in 5 days - need to figure a correct amount of seeds (enough to give it a real shot to do the job, but am still sort of wary of overdosing)- plus do I need to prepare or dose differently.

thanks,
Joe W.

Joe 25-30 seeds is a good start point. Im afraid 8 seeds was not enough. everything eles you said sounded good.

I agree... and I didn't get a sludge either.  It's important to follow the guidelines for detoxing first (from meds) and for what food/drink to take or not take before, after or during as a mask.  I put a lot of seeds (20+) ground up in liquid and drink it, then spooned the remaining pulp into my mouth and ate it.  It took me a few doses and some time before it did anything, but then things got better.

I think whoever wrote that must have meant the HBW seeds when they said 4-8 seeds- RC seeds are much less concentrated...I usually do 50-60 seeds.

I also had a bad CH day the next day after dosing, and then the headaches went away- like the system had to reboot or something.  Cheesy  I hear that a lot- that you don't get instant relief, that it may take a day or two to take effect.  Hang in there, buddy!  And don't give up!  (it's the only thing that has helped me at all!)
