The last one I had was wednesday evening. Today, I was sitting in a meeting at work and OMG it came back. My cycles only last around 30 days, which was why I was convinced I was done on wed (it had been 33 days). I'd rank it around a 6-7. I'm calling my neuro now to get some O2 prescribed, this is ridiculous

If it was a fluke, it "fluked" two days in a row. My O2 was delivered last night, unfortunately the driver didn't have a high flow for the small tank so I had to deal with 8 lpm for today's attack (I have the high flow on the big tank at home), but it did help just didn't seem like the experience everyone on here talks about. It didn't wipe out the pain entirely, but it did shorten it and make it less intense afterward.

Yesterday I had shadows all day (1-3) off and on, and then at 11pm, it hit me HARD. Took a maxalt and a half hour on oxygen to clean it out. And today I went through two E tanks for two different headaches and I think another one is still coming.
