question about shroom dosage

Hey all long time since I posted but recently tried treating my CH with some psilocibe unsuccessfully. Living in the U.S., I had to get 'em black market style, so dosage was unmeasurable. I took a full 1/8 oz. (3.5 grams) of standard dried shrooms, but had a rather mild trip for that rather large dose. It had no effect and I did not follow it up with further doses. My questions:

What kind of dosage of psilocibe is generally effective?
Is it necessary to take multiple doses or do single doses often have notable effects?

First, there's tons of info on clusterbusters.com if you didn't already know. Wink

Second, are you sure you aren't currently on any meds that counterract the mushrooms? They have a good list of known and possible counterractive medications, and you have to detox off of them before the psilocybin can take effect. Cheesy

Also, breaking an active cycle is much harder than preventing one in the first place. Yes, you'll have to redose at least two or three times, about 5 days apart. If you have trouble getting shrooms, you can order legal shroom growing kits, or you can try the LSA seeds which are legal to purchase. Good luck to you!

Highly recommend the B+. They were easy to grow for people new to the research. Do not get pans - they cannot be grown in the bags, though apparently Ralphster now provides straw substrate (in large quantity).

This is the first year I've taken the shrooms and what's worked for me is 1TBS of dried ground shrooms, then if I don't have any shadows during the week, I've waited until I do, then I do another TBS. I've only had to dose three times since the end of November.

I had difficulty growing the B+. I had much better luck with Ecuador.

when i used mushrooms i took just enough to get a light buzz. when it wore off i took a little bit more. i did this for 1 day. it was a quarter bag. the day after i got hit very hard (3 kip9s in a row!). my headaches tapered off within about 2 weeks.

be sure to cleanse yourself of rx meds before you dose.

keep the o2 nearby if it works for you.

be sure too give it a few weeks to work. if it doesn't check back in. we'll get ya figured out Wink

Laurie has provided several good links for grow kits and spores, but there are no legal grow kits for active shrooms. With that being said it is legal to buy a grow bag from say TheMadSeason and order the spores from Ralphsters Smiley

reccomended by many, these spores are legal for microscopic veiwing Wink

and if the spore end up in the grow bag some how then it becomes illegal. But it is better than buying them off the street and safer if it just for personal medical use, its still illegal but so is buying them. You can spend less than what it would cost you to buy an once of dry shrooms and have a life time supply if you grow them.
The shroomery is the best website to learn about any thing dealing with mushrooms, except for treating CH with them.

I have had some success from psylocibin. Unfortunately, I had some failure in growing and drying and it is difficult to know the strength.

It's also important to bear in mind what interferes with them and the best method and times with an understanding of what to expect.

I think it is much harder to take it during a cycle, the hits afterwards can be very strong even though it can shorten the cycle.

The best way is to use it as a preventative outside of a cycle.

The best advice for all these things is on clusterbusters.com.

Try again following the advice and see where you get to then.

Thats what I will be doing when this one is gone.

i would say growing them is going to be trial and error. i simply don't have the time. from watching the video everything has to be extremely sterile. it's been 4 or 5 months since i dosed. still pf.
