Came across a box of Rooibos tea...
Jan 22nd, 2009 at 8:12pm

while rummaging around in my cupboard.  The box I had gotten in 2005 during my last cycle.  I had a mug of it and became much more calm, sorta sleepy.  I just googled it on here and imagine my surprise...

I wish Floridians site was still active so I could read up on it.

What is it all about BTW?

Heck if it's sleep inducting and calming I'd purchase it for that alone.

If you click on the link I put up, I had quoted what Flo had written on his site about the tea.

I will say this, I am 1/2 way into my second mug and my shadows are almost completely gone.  They have persisted for the past 5 or 6 days now without letting up, so I am happy!

Melissa,

Last year Lisa and I were walking in the mall and went into Teavana Tea store. They had samples of the Rooibos Tea. Lisa noticed a difference in her breathing. She had been a bit over due for her inhaler. The store had all kinds of literature, with several teas aiding in various health problems. This quote is from their site.

Health Benefits of Rooibos Tea: These naturally caffeine-free teas are extremely high in antioxidants and typically Vitamin C as well (they often contain fruit pieces). Rooibos teas may also help to relieve allergies, increase iron absorption, and aid in digestion. They also promote healthy skin, teeth, and bones and are suitable for those with a sensitive central nervous system.

I am gld you found a bit of comfort! I hope everything begins to turn around for you!!

Oops sorry Linda, I just read your link. It was the same one I took my quote off of. You can mail order fromt he store but it's so good if you can go to a store. They have all kids of samples and very educated salespeople. Bring your money though!! I spent way too much cause I couldn't make up my mind. Did you know they make a chocolate tea! It is great!
