its 2 am wke up with a 7 had 9 at noon went to er (i hate going there)
i have been getting pounded and work is freaking out. they are talking medical retirement, thank goodness i also have private disability insurance that pays half my salary plus whatever i get from retirement and va , i might survive if they decide to do it.
i did really well on verapamil till about a month ago. i see my neuro in missoula , mt 2/10/09 hope he can help.
i have hads  some real positive talks with what i thought was going to be my ex-wife.  turns out she is missing me (imagine that)
we have a long ways to go to get back, but so far pieces are in place.
i have been using the trex and everytime i go without it the battle is on and i usually cave in.
well thanks for letting me ramble, hope i can sleep soon

Hang in there Knees.  Have you got verapamil now or do you have to wait for your neuro?

Hope all your stuff comes together.

yes i am on verapamil now but lower dose , probably needs raised, as far as the marriage goes i miss her alot and keep praying for it to come back if it is the will of the father. things look hopeful but alot of damage was done so alot of repair work needs to take place.
i am so glad you all are here for me to let steam off. i swear being chronic is hell you would think i would get used to it and i manage it pretty  but lately the beast is changing tactics on me.
i hope everyone at the conference is having a joyous time heaven knows they deserve it.

Hope you're finally getting some rest, Karl.  Sorry you had to go to the ER.  I hate that.

Hang in there.

All the best,

George
