Hello Dave:

In short, Tramadol will NOT help.  I would strongly suggest you contact OUCH in the UK and inquire about receiving Oxygen in the UK and perhaps a referral to a knowledgable physician.

Tramadol is a pain killer that acts like an opiate (binds with the same receptors) but is not an opiate.

Ray is spot on...  the link to OUCH UK follows:

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register

Call the help line number and explain your problem...  the number is  01646 651 979

They'll be able to give you a list of MDs/neurologists with a record of treating cluster headache sufferers.  They can also help get you the "How To" paperwork to get oxygen.

Check you PM.

Take care,

V/R, Batch

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there
