Is it November already?

Every November this SOB tries to get back into my life. Some years, I get lucky and the beast just kind of drives by to see whats going on. Last year was not one of them. This year....who knows. Shadows right on the edge of an attack for about a week. I hope my regimen of Verap, lithium, rc seeds keep it away. One thing I have learned, is that I will not stop taking any of my meds til about April. Learned that lesson the hard way. STAY AWAY! I can't relive last years episode. Angry
