Your push ups are stimulating the vascular system. There are also  some endorphins kicking in. Some of us are not able to do them. You have to treat any CH at the onset for the best results.
Stay fighting you guys. 150 push ups.....damn.!! I used to do that type of stuff when I was 20 something.

Damn I am almost 40, stiff as a log and 20kg overweight so I think I'll keep doing them after the cycle ends;-) I know that not everybody is able to do them, might try lifting weights or something else instead maybe. I find it doesn't matter what I do as long as it is exhausting enough, but the pushups has worked best for me (Probably because of my beerbelly;-))
