It's ok! It just went down as one of the top 10 bad puppy things for the year. Once the grill was fixed we really appreciated it!

Steak marinated for two days in Jamaican Jerk sauce, Hamburgers perfectly seasoned with my favorite cajun spices, skewers of onion, zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms, roasted corn on the cob and home made mini pecan pies with butter crust, topped off with peppercini peppers and a great big glass of sweet tea.

Drool!

Bud's Meat Loaf Burgers on the grill, steakhouse fries, garden salad.

Ground beef with diced onion, 1 tbsp tomato sauce & 1 tbsp italian seasoned bread crumbs mixed into each burger. Brush with EVOO.

Let's see now...

Friday: ham-broccoli quiche and salad.

Saturday: chicken in honey sauce with noodles and fried corn and tomato-cucumber-lettuce salad. We had rhubard pie with vanilla dressing for dessert.

Because we visited my mom's childhood home, there was also steamed fish, grilled fish, grilled chicken, salad, rye bread (made by my uncle, who is 74).

Sunday: Salmon pasta with tomato-cucumber-iceberg lettuce salad. We had papaya quark for dessert.

Everything was yummy. But then again, I'm was the chef at the summer cottage... Wink
