Yes, we are glad you joined. You're another person with CH who is now part of the CH family, benefiting from the knowledge we've assembled over the years.

As for sumatriptan (Imitrex) causing weight gain, it is listed as a possible side effect by START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or RegisterEND PRINTPAGE, although from the size of the list it seems that just about anything can be a side effect!

I've taken my fair share sumatriptan (Zomig) -once or twice a day for periods of up to 3 months at a time- before I found Batch's  D3 regimen, it never caused weight gain for me, but then again, i'm not the type to easily put on weight.
D3 all the way!

Hi Shadia, it's ok to eat a lot if you eat healthy, healthy protein and veg is the way to go. Cut down drastically sugar and carbs if you can (carbs turn into sugars).

Yes will do ... cutting most of the sugar and starchy food. Great fun ahead  :o but if it helps i'l try anything to stay in shape.
