Imigran injections 6mg has aborted my headaches within 5mins of it starti g. Very expensive though...

Hi,
Most people find 3 mg is enough, but they only come in 6mg. If you google "cluster headache splitting injection" there is a you tube clip of a guy in a cap showing how to split the injections, so you get 2 doses from each one. Worth a try to save money. :)

That's good news!

Imitrex nasal sprays were my favorite, they gave 5 to 10 minute relief every time, and were a little less expensive than the injections.
