FINALLY have an eye dr give me Pred Forte (steroid) eye drops. These greatly and quickly helps get rid of my cluster red eye. Gotta be careful though if the side effects depending on your vision. But mine is 20/900 and my CHs are chronic. These drops are a blessing.

I'm not completely understanding...Does it just get rid of the redness or does it actually get rid of the cluster?

And not to be a jerk, but have you tried Visine? :)
