Any advice on NA beer as a trigger in episodics?

No experience with it but with everything else it's so variable it'll take some trial and error! Have the 02 handy in case it's an error! ;)

I've always assumed alcohol was the problem/trigger. I suppose something with yeast or malt could be, but like Joe said, it's personal. Blessings. lance

Even NA beer has some alcohol in it.

During my first cycle (my second one just started....today), I drank NA beer on three separate occasions, each at dinner. Each time, a cluster was triggered. I did, on most days, have a cluster around dinner time anyway. However, each of them after the NA beers had the distinctive feeling that they were triggered by alcohol.

One of the worst kip hits I ever experienced (9-10) was after a few glasses of NA wine...I don't mess with any of that stuff anymore.... in cycle......
