If you click on the link in my previous post, it will show you the 3 bottles of pills you buy at Costco, complete with a color picture. :) You combine these with a daily magnesium, and a daily multi vitamin, I use the Kirkland Brand from Costco, Mature Multi Vitamin 50+. This vitamin gives all the trace vitamins needed for Batch's regimen, the K, Zinc, Boron and A.
Sounds like a lot at first but I find that by filling a 2 week pill container....yeah I'm old I have a daily pill box!!!....and keeping it at the dinner table I remember to take it with my biggest meal of the day every day. That way I avoid the "fish burps" which seem to be a common problem with the fish oil. Get on this regimen...too many people are posting too many great results to delay! Joe |

Some of the calciums also have D, I do mine separately just for ease of keeping the dosing straight. That supplement will take care of your Calcium, Magnesium, and K, but is a little low on the Zinc, you'd still need a Zinc supplement.
