Title: Results of an experience
Post by Gonzalo on Mar 5th, 2013 at 9:15pm
Hello everybody.

Four years ago I promised to report the result of my "Neverending spring" try.

I remember you i'm from spain (poor english), engineer and software programmer. I put powerfull bulbs of full spectrum light in my work space. I don't know if this is the main reason, but i had no more CH periods. From the moment I did this, I feel some times CH comes, no matter the date, but it never gains control. When I feel it hard, I just take some stupid things like Vincamina/B+C vitamin/ and it get out.

I don't want to start a discussion like my last time, not at all, I only want to give you this last PERSONAL experience that I promised: it seems that working in a well lighted space, with full spectrum light, helps.

Hope sincerely you have found your ways to carry CH, my best regards for you all.

I'm glad you found something that works for you. I doubt changing my light bulbs would have much effect on me, though, since I frequently will get an attack when in full sunlight (full spectrum light and all that) with or without sunglasses. And now that I think about it, not having a shaded face (glasses and hat) was actually a trigger. Good luck and God bless. lance

Now that is something really interesting to look at, especially if you can control for other variables.

I'm betting that from your work you don't get much natural sunlight, and don't experience drastic changes in your external environment on a daily basis???

Hoping it keeps up the good work for you!!

Peace Of Mind
