Here are just a few results from my blood panel.

Cortisol AM (taken at 8:30 am)  19.0
Vitamin B12  658  (200-1100) I need to get this up due to Metformin usage.
A1c 6.0  (on metformin 500mgs BID and Byetta 10mgs BID
Ferritin 56 (need to get this up to at least 70
DHEA 112 (15-170)
Vitamin D 25 OH, D2  <4
Vitamin D 25 OH  D3  85
Vitamin D, 25 OH total 85  (30-100)  5000 units a day and bumped it up to 10,000 the last month back to 5000

No more shadows (lasted about 2 weeks) nor did I ever go into cluster cycle.   The rest of the labs were for hormones and thyroid levels.
