The beast has returned, a few weeks fashionably late. >:(
Darn it! I wish he wouldn't show up at all! I shouldn't complain I guess. I could be sitting in the ER right now with an untouchable k10 and doctors questing me like I'm some kind of wacko or drug addict. :o "Well maybe the wacko part is right anyhow." :D ;)

I am sorry, niavis. We all wish the beast wouldn't show up at all. The best thing we can do is be fully armed and ready to do proper battle when it shows up. Are you ready? blessings. lance

It’s a vitamin/mineral/fish oil supplement, all over the counter stuff, that’s providing a lot of relief for people who have tried it, it’s healthy for you even without CH! Has me off cycle coming up on 3 years.
