Hi there,
A few years ago I found an info page on the site that could be forwarded on to non-sufferers to help articulate what we CH's go through... I can't find it anywhere now. Would someone kindly direct me to it, if it still exists, thanks. |

Look at the Gettin' to Know Ya board and at the top is Letter to Colleagues.
