The vitamin regiment I started taking on the advice from a few very helpful members really helped. It really limited the duration and severity of all. The first 3-4 weeks were pure hell!! That and/or the verapamil did the trick. Feeling great and ch free for now..... Thanks again all!!

The Batch Regimen..........it's way past coincidence now! Glad it's helping you, anyone who hasn't tried it yet, you're really missing out.
