I only post every couple years. Just a post to say THANK YOU for this board.  I'm sure there are many like me who aren't regular posters but come back time and again just to be reminded we're not alone.

I continue to be on high dose Verapamil, with breakthrough clusters maybe every few months.  I basically stay on it all the time. Imitrex injection takes care of those like magic.  I have a good neuro.  So I'm very lucky, and know that I am.

This treatment plan was developed because of good advice I got here. 

So no reason to post except to say thanks to all who keep this board going.
