Does anyone else get twitches, not like your eye twitching but the area around your eye kind of twitch and throb? just curious

I get that the day after. My left eye hurts and the area around the eye twitches for about a day.

If you mean your affected eye, then yeah, all the time. It's one of warning signs for me. blessings. lance

Agreed. Happens to me quite often. It's sometimes the only way I know a CH is coming... start feeling the need to rub, rub, rub that twitchy eye!

I don't get it as an after effect. But right before the pain starts. For me its one of my only warning signs

Just below my CH side eye I get pulsating-twitching that lasts thru a cycle nonstop. No pain or itching. After seeing this post I went and checked my eye. Not twitching....

now that i think about it mine is more of a twitchy spasm. it doesn't hurt and Its more like the cluster saying " yeah i'm coming, better get ready " and those tend to be the worst ones K8 - k10
