My cycle started May 20th. Since then, I hav'nt had a pain free day...... until today. The last 9 days have been chaotic, 3-4 attacks a day, with no break in between from the residual pain. I started the D3 regimen yeaterday in the a.m.. Last night I got a full 8 hrs of rest, and no headache this morning. I added a dose of stinging nettle as well. I can't say that the regimen is responsible for this, but I'm not asking any questioins. I will continue on this regimen daily and keep posting. Thanks Batch.
