So it's been warm all week here in Scotland got some sun burn :D anyway my clusters have stopped only thing I have been doing is sun bathing? I suffer from chronic never had them away for 8days couldn't must be the sun is this possible?

Truth is, your body probably produced a boatload of vitamin D, which is a known anti-inflammatory. But then you have to worry about skin cancer (if you're a fair-haired, light-skinned bloke like most of us with Scottish roots).

I've been taking a supplement of vitamin D3 and my pain has all but ceased.

Hi av got fair hair aswell :) so if I take multivitamin will they stay away thanks

Terrific! My only comment is that sometimes vigorous excerise had something to do with it. It has to be tied in with the circulatory effects.

Here's hoping you'll be forgetting about them for the next 700 years.

Also been drinking alot more water
