Hi
I just wonder if anyone could point me to some sciency reading on this.
Specifically I'm interested in the scientific proof - how many does it help etc.  I know not all use Lithium, so Prednisone/Verapmil-only research is just as interesting.

The cluster headache survey 1134 of us took in 2008 asked the same questions...  The figures below illustrate the results:

We didn't ask questions about efficacy of combinations.

For reference, I've included the ongoing results of the online survey of the anti-inflammatory regimen with 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3 as a CH preventative...

This is consistent with the raw efficacy data I've gathered from post here on CH.com and ClusterBusters...  So far member posts indicate 100 out of 135 Ch'ers have found this regimen effective in preventing their CH.

Wow dude...That's one of the most thorough articles I've seen on Cluster Headache options.  If they threw in some info on Vitamin D and hallucinogens I think it would be complete!  Thanks for posting!
