im new here in a way but have been reading these boards for a long time. my best outlet is writing and ive wanted sufferers to be able to read this for a while.any comments are welcome,i just appreciate the platform on which i can present it.

the time arrives in sync each and everyday,

it seems at first as if a friend has come to stay,

he approaches with caution,as the friend enters swiftly,

suddenly a fire whithin his skull jolts through him like electricity,

with his fist pryed into his eye,it comes as no suprise,

for time and time again hes met the devil in disguise,

there is no bargain to be made,he would if he could,

the devils come to visit,that much is understood,

back and forth recklessly he rocks in his chair,

screaming insults as personal as if someone were there,

scripts by his bed at night,so he sleeps with the enemy,

the end is never in sight,but hes set free temporarily,

he pushes through stubbornly,knowing it all ends the same,

but this is simply the outcome of playing the devils games...

Good one, Jake. I too use writing as way to cope but generally it's unprintable. Most poetic description I've seen of this hell we endure was written not by a CHead but rather by the world's greatest supporter. Writing to another supporter brand new to this nightmare, she said, "They go to a place we can't access, nor ever hope to understand."

thanks guys for the positive comments,means alot to me. was in jail for two months and in solitary for one month solid with only 4 trips out of the cell the whole time (thank god thats the only time ive been to jail) and ive always been influenced by music so i picked writing up. now , its pretty much the only thing i can constantly focus on to keep my mind in a better place for times like now. i cant even begin to tell you guys how much this site has helped me mentally. i appreciate every one of you for sharing your experiences and taking the time to help newbies like me. once again,thanks for the comments i appreciate it alot more than you know.
