Title: Hey..
Post by Kate in Oz on Oct 3rd, 2010 at 7:12pm
Just wanted to say sorry I've not been around much lately.  Seems even reading the board is enough to bring on heavy shadowing....  No doubt I'll be back in a couple of weeks and able to pass on some of the goodwill then.

Hope everyone's doing okay,

Kate

Don't worry Kate, you do what works best for you and if you can avoid bad shadows do whatever you need to do. Hopefully you'll be bouncing back quick.

Hey Kate. I remember not too long ago you let out a great "wahoo" because your cycle ended. And we rejoiced with you. Now, you're back in cycle, and we weep with you. You aren't far from us, writing or not. Prayers coming your way, kiddo. Blessings. lance

Do whatever is necessary for your well-being, Kate.  I know how overwhelming the depths of a cycle can be.   :'(

We will miss you around here until you're able to return--but we'll keep the lights on for you.

All the best,

George

Thanks for your kind messages.

It's crazy, as much as you think you've got CH sussed, it's still kind of relentless  :-[   and here is my whinge  ;)I can  deal with the night time hits and get over them during the day ready for the next... but the morning hit - when I'm getting my son ready for school is a right bi tch!  Thankfully he is a great support and manages to get himself sorted without too much help from me.

Thinking of you all and wishing everyone in cycle the very best.... keep strong!

Kate
