Title: Upgrade :)

Just upgraded my 15lpm dinosaur for this refurbished beauty.

Of course now that I have some new tools the beast has gone hunting elsewhere.  2 straight weeks of 3-4 a day and nothing for the last 27 hours  8-)

This time around it's been nothing but scorchers.  Haven't had a cycle like this since the one that caused me to find this place in '07.

Fortunately the 25lpm I get out of my e-tank regulator has been working like a champ. But I'm going through more than one e-tank a day and couldn't use my m-tank because of the lack of flow rate.

Ebay is your friend folks.  $42.70, delivered in 3 days.

She's a beauty, Dennis.  I hope you can put her away soon.

Hugs,

Jeannie

So, how do you translate PSI to LPM?

That's the beauty of it.  There is no need for conversions.  Simply adjust to taste :)

1. Make sure regulator valve is off
2. Turn on tank valve
3. SLOWLY turn up the regulator to match your desired breathing rate.
4. As pain eases turn regulator flow rate back down as needed
5. Turn regulator off
6. Turn tank valve off

Believe me, you'll never out breathe this one...

I just want to say a public thank you to Marc.  It was the info on your morrow bay link that convinced me that a welding regulator was the way to go for my situation.

Somehow I kept missing the fact that the same hose outlet that was connected to my medical regulator, would screw right onto the welding regulator.
