Like I said yesterday, plan to make a trek up to my ranch in the Texas Hill Country to get a garbage bag full of mushrooms and whip up some tea to carry back home for me to see if it really helps abort these things... As I continue reading I also see Oxygen is very helpful, at this same ranch we own a cutting torch, which anyone who knows what that is knows it utilizes two bottles acetaline, and oxygen.  I could ask my dad if I could carry the O2 home but do i need to buy some device to inhale it? How does it work? 

It's actually the same 02 you get in medical tanks, the only difference is the requirements for cleaning the inside of the tanks and vacuuming them out before refilling them again. So yeah, same stuff.

You need a way to regulate the volume of the air coming out so as not to damage yourself with high pressure blasts of air!

Regarding the shrooms.......I am not a buster so others can correct me....as I understand it shrooms aren't used to abort an attack....but to kill a cycle. Please go to the clusterbusters site, they explain in detail how to go about busting their way. It's definitely NOT a case of waiting for an attack, drinking the tea, and it's gone! ;)
