(Today at 11:36am on clusterbuster baord as well).       I am preparing to begin my detox from imitrex 50mg pills as preventive when I know I can't get to my 02. I have gotten wonderful feedback on this therapy but I cannot find the message I received on the 5 day detox. Is it 5 days before starting RC seed therapy or 5 days after (or both making it 10 days)? I appreciate all of the information I have gotten and I pray this will work. Unfortunately the LSA info section is a little unclear so I am also not sure if I should crush them before soaking or soak them whole (going with 30 of them in White Wine for 2 hours). Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated. Wishing you all many PFDs. 
   

Definitely crush them as fine as possible, then soak for a minimum of 2 hours.  Drink the juice, sludge and all.
I  use to use white wine, but found water is fine as well and it doesn't taste as nasty.

Thanks Chad, as to your message to me I will detox for 5 days prior (no imitrex uh oh) but I can dose with imitrex as a preventative if I will not be near my 02 after I do the deed ?

Don't do it - you'll be messing with the results. Cut the Imitrex umbilical cord if at all possible. If you can't be near your O2, bring your O2 near you. Also, many continue verapamil while dosing as the two don't seem to interfere with each other.

A cheap pepper mill is a great way to grind them up finely.
