Had 4 HA free days in a row. Tuesday night was real bad of course because it was my day off but last night was HA free again. So, things seem to have calmed down quite a bit. But, OMG! MY NECK HURTS! Other than that things really do seem to be lookin up. Thnaks again to everyone.

Hope it's a sign of a long break. I've been in cycle since the end of January and I'm ready too.

I've been winning the battles but the fight still is no fun.

Been a funny year Don...(In a not very funny way)...my cycle won't let go of me for nothing, see the neuro again next week for a plan J, since A thru I have failed!!!! >:(

Im with u giuseppi! been in cycle since christmas and cant totally shake it! i have an app tomorrow with a new specialist so we will see! good luck to everyone!!

Sorry I haven't responded for a while her folks. I actually have been fairly PF for the last week and a half to 2 weeks. 1 or 2 hits sporadically. But no more than about a 5 or 6. I haven't missed a day of work since I started back but the shadows are still haunting so I no the cycle is not over. For those of you who convinced me to take the lithium, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!! Apparently, it is what did the trick this year because, it really is the only thing that I am doing really different. As a mater of fact I haven't even used O2 in over 3 weeks now. So I am getting an enormous amount of relief as you can imagine. Thanks again to all and I hope the same relief finds you soon!
