Does anyone have problems with increased intensity of the CH if they are dehydrated. I now realize that yesterday I didn't drink much water, and also ate a bit of salt, so I woke up feeling dehydrated and at 3AM had the worst HA ever, which continued to this morning. I tried O2 and Sumavel, and they only took the edge off.

Can't help you on cause and effect.............based on the water X 3 and stories from the board, I stay heavily OVER watered while in cycle. Don't know if letting myself get dehydrated would aggravate an attack or not. Owie....sounds like it was a doozie.
