is there help anyone can give me as far as any relief that i may receive by other the counter medicines or any other type of remedy. as of now i do not have health insurance so trying to avoid going to the doctor etc. any thing will be greatly apprieciated........

Cinnamon. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon daily. Takes a few days.
