I can't believe the price on this house. It's about 50% what it would be worth normally maybe even 75% less depending on location and proximity to a body of water.

7 BR and 3.5 Bath? And the place is immaculate. Me like.

Ya know Brew....I was kidding, but daymn that is a very low price for a house like that don't you think? I wonder if it's listed for short sale.

There is actually a different house in town I'm more interested in...you know...just in case I win the PCH 250K a week for a year sweepstakes. <cough cough, yeah right>

Well, as long as you don't mind the cleaning that's involved, it's a nice place. Too big for my taste tho!

4200ft is small for 7 bedrooms.

And the property taxes on the first house are only $9800 annually. That will jump by 15% next year . . . a bargain in this tax hell state!

I looked at the pics on the first house and I'm not that impressed. The bedrooms are way to small for my comfort. My kitchen is better designed than that one is and bigger too!

I like the second house much better.
