I know I haven't been around much lately, my apologies but it can't be helped.

The Company I work for put into action a mandatory 8 hour over time per week plan.  So...If I don't drop dead first  [smiley=eek5.gif] , I'll be working a few 10 hour days every week for awhile. (Hence the title of this post.)
I am betting before they are done it will be up to 10 hours per week for mandatory OT.

You could share a few of those hours with me if you wish! ;)  I know it's hard to take on the extra work, but as Marc said, be grateful.  Besides, you have CH.  What is a little extra work? ;D

Don't know about a clone though.  She may have different experiences and environment, becoming a bit actor in commercials, playing one who's happy cleaning the bathroom with some Clorox product.  Everywhere you go people will be asking you scrub their bathtub.    ;)

yesterday i went in at 10 am. worked the dock for a couple hours. left out at noon  to Indianapolis. worked the dock there for an hour. and got back to columbus around 8 then worked the dock until 5 a.m this morning. they have to poke me to get me to leave. when i run the city with a 48' box trailer traffic and ally docks don't bother me so much. i put in 55 to 65 hours a week and i'm home (for 10 hours) every night and off weekends and holidays. i got it made 8-)

For the Rest of you WOW DAMN!!  Take a Valium to calm down or something SHEESH!!! Did I say or seem to be whining ?  Well, I wasn't and it wasn't meant that way!  I am glad and proud to have a job, but that doesn't mean I have to enjoy every minute of it...believe me some aspects of it SUCK ROYALLY, but was I whining or complaining in my initial post, NO!
I was simply explaining why I may not be around much the next few weeks or more.

Again Thanks very much for the "Nice" responses they are appreciated, as for the rest I'll take it with the grain of salt it was dealt with.   :P

If every job was 100% fun 100% of the time, they'd call it vacation.

   Remember that for some people work isn't physically hard and that overtime just means less time at play. I just came off of some 58 hour weeks, that is with a 2 hour round trip drive and I am tired. My arms and legs hurt and won't get better until I can get some rest. I am getting the weekend off, and then next week paid vacation ( unemployment).
