I've been off all meds, Lithium and Verapamil since Oct 3rd. In that time I haven't had a twinge. I may be going out on a limb here but I think this episode is over. It lasted about 16 weeks which is about a month longer than normal for me. It was a pretty mild session as well. I had a couple of 7"s or 8's but mostly 3's and 4's. It's usually 7's to 9's for the duration so I'm not complaining.
I think it was the Verapamil that made the difference. This was my first time using it. On the other hand it could just be the nature of the beast. I've had these things long enough (40 years) that nothing about them surprises me. Here's hoping for another 10 year remission.

Thanks to everyone who has replied. My fondest hope is that every CH sufferer finds the means to be PF. Nobody deserves that kind of pain. Well almost nobody!
