Thanks, Carol. There'll be 4 or 5 more, probably one every few days. All the tracks are recorded, it's just a matter of when they can be mixed and mastered.

You should see if your local radio station will play it and expand from there.  I used to work in radio, give it a shot.  You'll want to talk to the program director or music director about featuring local bands, if they don't already.  8-)

Thanks, Ginger. That's a nice thought, but we don't play any of our own music - it's all cover material. If we were looking to step it up and make it to the next level, I'm sure we'd be going down that road. As it is, we're a bunch of old, fat guys playing rock and roll and R&B on the weekends for fun (except Junior, who I'm pretty sure is going to make a name for himself in this brutal business). We just needed to update our promo stuff, and this is the beginning of the result of that.

The kid's not so bad for having like 3 piano lessons when he was 7 years old . . . . ::)

I would have to give that a 2 thumbs up.

BobP has it.  He has always had it and at one time was parked(docked) in a secret cove off the island of Catalina)   Now that he's moved...it is somewhere in some lake in the Sierras.  So stop any groveling about an invite. It aint happenin.  ;D

See, I'm kinda glad I can say this...neither of those parts were truly synthesized.

The horns were a sampled horn section, I used the sforzando setting, and the bells were a sampled glockenspiel. So someone else originally played the sounds, I just played, mapped, and manipulated the sounds to my liking.

You & Bill are lucky to have this thing in common.

I'm so impressed....I took it to work & shared it with 3 of my music-loving buddies. They all said y'all did a great job.

Kool thing about recording & playing together is that even if you someday stop playing, intentionally or not, you will always have it to play for people.

  I only have 2 tunes me & Dave did together. The recordings are not all that clean, but I keep them anyways.
