Will downing a Red Bull make my eye stop twitching?  Does anyone know?

Never helped me, Jeannie.

Taking a magnesium supplement DOES seem to help, somewhat.

Being out of cycle helps most of all.   :P  Unfortunately, it either is, or it ain't.

Wish I had better advice for you.  I know how annoying that twitching can be.

Best,

George

Yeah from what I've seen, the 'ol eye twitch is a magnesium deficiency symptom, and taking magnesium makes it disappear.

You become faced with the decision of what form of magnesium to take. Cheap and crude old magnesium oxide actually would make my eye twitch worse, whereas more sophisticated forms such as magnesium citrate, or gluconate, or some sort of chelate all work well to chase away any symptoms. I think my wife has the opposite reaction though. Go figure.  :-?

ugh.....I hate the eye twitch.  I never noticed a decrease in eye twitches with energy drinks.

Try the magnesium, it's worth a shot.  I'll keep that in mind next time the eye gets twitchy.
