Nice looking article. Some will fuss about specifics but no global faults. Duplicates other articles and it's especially valuable since it reaches primary care docs who have the least exposure to good material.

WOW! I agree with Bob, one could fuss over some little details, 7 LPM flow rates, etc......but damn..........if every doc reads this our first big hurdle has been overcome with the diagnostic information. Great article!

That is a 2005 article. That would be why some of the info is dated.
