Now I have a new headache! Just what I need.
It is not CH
It is not Migraine
It is not those 2 second eye pain ones.

It starts at the back of my head right were the skull meats the spine.
Heat does not help
Ice does not help
Imiterx does not help
Excedrin does not help

I have had it for almost 4 days now.
It comes with nausea and throwing up, but I do not feel sick.
Pain killers do help, but only for a while.

To top it all off I am suffering from panic attacks.

Just had a new cat scan done yesterday, I do not know the results yet.
Not that I think any one has any answers here just needed to unload.

I had a similar headache recently.  It lasted for a few days on and off.  Sometimes coming on suddenly and when I did something some what strenusous.  Its gone now.  I attributed to withdrawal from sudden stop of verapamil but who the hell knows.  Motrin worked pretty good

That sounds like a worse version of what I was going though this week.  Are you sure it's not just cramped over-tensed muscles?  My doctor gave me a muscle relaxant to take at night, and i slept great last night and finally woke up without that pain at the base of my neck for the first time in three days or so.

try some Dramamine....I have an "unknown" headache too, with nausea, and the dramamine is juuuuuust gentle enough to relax me and take out the nausea without being a complete knock-me-out pill.  I hope you feel better.  :P

Sounds like one my friend told me he had a few years back, he ended up going to the hospital and having meningitis. But he felt like a horrible flu with it so maybe not the same.

I have been going through the same thing, and the only thing I can really attribute to it is the enormous amount of stress, anxiety and lack of sleep I'm having.  

Do you have anything you can take for your anxiety?  

I guess I was wrong, My new headache was just a new migraine.
I am on a pred taper. With a DHE shot at the end!  :-/

Oh geez, so sorry Gena!!  Nothing like compounding things, eh? :(
