Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out just what is going on in my head. For the past few weeks I have been having mild hits two or three time a week. I am able to keep them below a 6 with energy drinks but I have constant shadows, stuffy right nostril and red eye.

Things have been stressful for me lately so I don't know if it has triggered a cycle or what. Any thoughts?

It sounds like stress to me Jeannie. I know my head kicked back into gear after everything that happened in December.

All you can do is keep your weapons close and ready. I hope it's just a false alarm...

Well..... the beast is visiting again. Still only around a 4 right now. My eye was twitching about 10 mins ago...... I should have known to drink an energy drink then....this sucks...... :-[

Yup.......got the same stuff going on over here.....................it is January..............................getting ready.........

hope u r feeling better, and you get only mild, mild, mild visits from the beast!!

Deb, I'm sorry you are getting ready to do battle. I hope you are missed by the beast all together. If he does come calling, I pray that he is weak and you are strong and that his visit is a short one.

Laurie.... How are you and Gary? I am hoping Gary is doing better.

Dennis.... How are things for you? I think of you and Aidan often... you're still in my prayers.

I think I have figured out that it is stress that is triggering my CH right now. Every time I get upset or stressed I get hit upon calming down. Nothing else seems to be triggering it....not even alcohol. It is very strange. On the 9th I woke up to a, not so mild, two sided kip 8. Nothing since then though....hope it lasts!
